ABOUT ME

I am an integrative therapist, drawing on a combination of person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural approaches to provide therapy that is tailored to each individual.

I earned my degree in from Middle Tennessee State University in 2018, and went on to complete my professional supervision in the United Kingdom at one of the country’s leading mental health, social care, and community development organisations. After relocating to Mexico City, I established my own practice, where I have been providing one-to-one therapy for the past four years. My training began in a person-centred and psychodynamic framework, and I am currently completing further training in CBT to deepen the tools I can offer my clients.

My approach is grounded in the belief that every person carries the potential for growth and healing when provided with the right conditions. I work collaboratively with clients, offering a space where they can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Through Revive Mental Health, my goal is to make high-quality, compassionate therapy accessible and to support people in building lives that feel authentic, fulfilling, and balanced.
